    Thank you for this article. I overwhelmingly support the use of Linkedin as the resource for reaching out business to business as opposed to Facebook.
    I believe that Facebook should be kept social and we should not cross the line by bringing business into our personal “College atmosphere” type of communications as it brings in an unprofessional air to any company involved.

    @Douglas: Goodness Douglas where have you been, respect your beliefs but that ship my friend has sailed.

    With a billion users on facebook and many companies having pages on facebook how can you ignore it for business. Facts are that businesses are looking more at the way social networks interact and using the influences of others to promotes their products and services. I think you will find the only difference between LinkedIn communication and facebook communication is the tone.
