Doug:
Thanks for the suggestion. I added @jeffdachis, as well as @armano to the Twitter List that has replaced this post: http://twitter.com/smb2b/b2b-thinkers

never met him and don't know that much about him but @jeffdachis seems appropriate. Best known as the founder of Razorfish but now focused on "Social Business Design" at Dachis Group based in Austin.

Nancy: Comment registration is required to reduce spam, however, even with it, spammers hire humans to leave spam comments, rather than relying on automated programs.

I sure will, Jeff! I just added Social Media B2B to my blog. I'm a late bloomer *blush* and just started my blog 2 days ago as a central location to collect people's suggestions for B2B companies to add to my list. Now I need a 12-step group for bloggers!

Is it odd that people have to 'register' to leave comment? Is there a different provider I should be using or is this the status quo?

Nancy: Thanks for sharing your work with B2B brands. These folks really are pioneers.

We would love to hear more about Twitter for internal communications as your research progresses.

Here is a true list of B2B Corporate Brands on Twitter and it's growing daily. I invite you to follow this and contribute. I'm currently researching the use of Twitter for internal employee communications. In addition to this growing list, we have a monthly face-to-face "mindshare" in Atlanta with B2B companies looking at social tech for employee comp. As the research continues, we'll be reporting various findings. There are currently only a handful of these pioneers.
