		<description>Great post, Kipp. Another thing I think B2B can learn from B2C is being human and caring about their customers/partners. Many B2C companies have figured out that they need to engage people on a human level, provide excellent customer service, compelling content, etc. Some B2B companies are doing this well, but others have a long ways to go.
